Photorejuvenation
Photorejuvenation is a physical method to rejuvenate the complexion that improves skin elasticity and firmness. Fine wrinkles disappear, enlarged pores close and the complexion becomes evenly coloured. The treated areas include the face, neck, décolleté and the back of the hands.
The flash of the applied intense pulsed light is changed to heat energy as it reaches to the level of the collagen beneath the skin surface and this heat shock induces denaturation of the protein molecule of collagen. Macromolecule of the protein wraps becomes shorter and the result is skin tightening and removal of wrinkles. The damaged collagen is replaced by new collagen that is of much higher quality.
We apply a transparent gel to the cleansed face and use a probe with IPL technology to shoot individual pulses over the entire face for about 10 minutes. Therapeutic light penetrates deep into the skin and gradually heals skin imperfections.
